We recognize that the current Coronavirus crisis is causing fear, anxiety and inconvenience for most families. We would like to reassure you that as the healthcare providers for your children, we are available to help navigate this health concern until it is no longer a threat to our community.
At this time, our offices in Bloomfield and Lake Orion will remain open with modified office hours for well visits and medication rechecks. As a convenient option, we are now offering TeleHealth appointments and can provide healthcare to your family through this medium, including both Saturday and Sunday appts.
If you do have an in-office appointment scheduled, please know that we have these safeguards in place going forward:
- Patients will receive a COVID screening phone call the day before your appointment
- Everyone will be asked to wear a face mask. If you do not have a face mask, we will provide one for you. Please note that in accordance
with CDC Guidelines, people under the age of 5 will not be required to wear one
- We have installed hand sanitizer stations throughout the office. We ask that you utilize this upon entering the office. Additionally, we have
installed cough guards at our check-in and check-out stations.
- Our team members are equipped with personal protective equipment and will be wearing for all appointments. We are also following the
State of Michigan guidelines for our employees which includes temperature and symptom screening
- Appointments will be staggered throughout the day to minimize the number of people in an area, and chairs in our office will be spaced to
allow for social distancing
- We continue to regularly disinfect and clean our office area
We want you to feel safe at our office, because you are. If you're worried to have an in-office appointment, please know that TeleHealth appointments are available. Please be advised that TeleHealth consultations regarding new illnesses will be billed per TeleHealth guidelines.
